Yoga Flow, or Vinyasa, is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. These classes range from a dynamic, fast-paced flow to a more deliberate, alignment-focused practice, depending on the instructor. Each instructor will bring their individual style and sequence to the class but expect to breathe, build strength & flexibility and work on balance. Moving with the breath to cultivate body awareness and mindfulness.
