Sweat it out in our Hot Power Vinyasa class. Performed in a heated room of 35 degrees celsius this class pushes you to synchronize your breath with strong, dynamic postures and movement. The use of heat serves to intensify the practice of yoga as well as encourage an increase in blood flow, flexibility, and detoxification. Open your mind and enjoy the challenge!
